Simon Baker was formerly vice president and general counsel for a multi-national corporation headquartered in New York City. He concentrated in a wide range of matters including corporate and employment law, cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, compensation and estate planning and tax and retirement matters and controversies. Prior to this, he was tax counsel at a leading New York based pharmaceutical company where he focused on retirement and executive compensation matters. Mr. Baker graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1968 and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University Law School in 1970.
